Spring Break 2010

I got home on a Monday night from Palo Alto, CA. By Wednesday, we decided to go somewhere warm for Spring Break. Lucky for us, some of our very favorite people EVER...live in St. George. So, we said..."Let's go there!!" We called our awesome friends and said that we were coming and they said, "Why don't you stay with us?" And we said, "Don't say that unless you mean it." They did and so we did. With that settled we started thinking...."uhm...how far is St. George from Disneyland?" We made a few more phone calls, found out that Disneyland was only about five more hours from St. George...and well...there you have it. By Wednesday night we decided...Disneyland for Spring Break it is...Spontaneity is not really our middle name, but for this trip is sure came in handy.

Sunday morning we headed to St. George. We stopped for lunch at Cove Fort on the way. I never knew this place existed, but it was a nice stop. One of the many things that Church Historical Sites have going for them are the immaculate bathrooms. It was so nice and clean there. It was a nice Sunday stop.



Then we finally made it to the Hyde's around 6ish. Already, the boys became instant friends. Just for the record...The Hyde's are awesome and if you are ever in St. George you should try to meet them. You won't be disappointed. But more on them when we head home from Disneyland.

By Monday morning bright and early we were off to Disneyland. It was so exciting.
