The Second Annual Girls weekend

This year, girls weekend took us to Estes Park, CO. It was awesome. Well, it didn't start out awesome because we got hit with a big snow storm the day I was supposed to drive up there. I almost didn't go, but it was 4:00pm and I said to Gary, "If I don't go now it will never happen." Gary didn't argue with me because he has learned not too. So, I drove on complete ice pretty much all the way up to Estes. It took me two hours, but I made it and I drove slow.

Here is the cabin we stayed in...three bedroom...fireplace...big flat screen TV....AND a hot tub. AWESOME!!!

This was the breakfast that only cost me $3.00...nice!

There were Elk everywhere out there. We even got yelled at by a local to pull off the road because we stopped to look at the elk. Rude.

My Sister in Law's flight got snowed out, so she came out two days later. We made the best of it though.

We also enjoyed some snowshoeing, shopping, the Grand Lux, sleeping, playing games, watching movies and doing absolutely nothing! Seriously, so awesome. Although, next year, I think we are going to the beach!!
