Bowling, The Mall, and just plain Good times!

We had a nice visit from Uncle R. He had a job interview in Denver this weekend. He really wants to move to Colorado because...just because he really does. Anyway, we had a fabulous weekend.

The day after the interview, we went bowling....(Megan didn't come bowling because she would rather work than hang out with her brother whom she has not seen in like a year and a half. So, sad.)

Uncle R. and John hanging at the bowling alley.

This is me after a STRIKE, that's right!!

Isabel loves bowling.
See.
Uncle R. was awesome at helping the boys.

I loved how Jack and John had to carry the bowling balls by themselves. It was so cute.

I like to take action shots of the bowling.

Gary was funny. When I snapped the picture, he was ready.

Here are the final scores. See that score of 147? I am not bragging or anything, but that is totally mine. You know I do own my own bowling ball and shoes, so I am bound to be pretty good, I'm just sayin'.

Jack did not want to bowl his last frame, so we said okay. Then as we were packing up to go home he freaked out. He said, "No, go hooooooooome! No, gooooooo home! NO GO HOME! NOOOOOOOOO! NO go hoooooooooooooooome!

"No go home! No, go home! No, go home!" ah! ah! ah! ah! aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!"

"aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, No go hooooooooooooooooooome! I want to bowl, I want to bowl, I want to bowl." That wasn't embarrassing. I took a video because I couldn't resist.

Then we went to the mall. We found this overpriced workout gear story that was called Lucy. We told them that Lucy's name was Lucy and they hooked her up with a Lucy bag, a Lucy box, and some Lucy stickers. Then they took her picture for the Wall of Lucy's that they have.

After lunch we had Ben and Jerry's. Finally, Megan showed up to the mall. (Oh, she does love us.) I wish I had a picture.

After the mall, we went home and ate my awesome dream dinner, ate some awesome cheesecake chimi's, made some cards with Megan and made Uncle R. stay up way later than he wanted too, it was awesome and by awesome, I mean super cool!

Here is the melt down. I have to say that Jack has two extremes. Extremely cute or extremely crazy!

Anytime, Marsha. I really like your kids. It's too bad we don't see Megan as often as we would like too. Those dang gas prices!

So how did the interview go?!! That would be so dang cool if Hollie and Ryan could move to Denver. When will Ryan hear from the interviewers (job???)?
The bowling looked like a good time. My kids love to bowl. Gracie always fizzles out on the last one or two frames too. I'll keep my fingers crossed for Ryan. Good luck.

I love the pictures! Way to go on bowling! I must say I'm not too shabby a bowler myself. Maybe a 100 or so, you know in my day. LOL! Just teasing, although I can't believe you own your own ball, there must be something to that!
