The Potty Train...toot! toot!

So, today I decided to try again with the potty training. (I was getting impatient with the whole praying and having faith that someday they will train on their own thing.) I was going to do one at a time, but that doesn't really work with twins who want to do everything the same. Today we went to Wal-Mart and picked two really cool toys. I kept asking, "What do you have to do to get the toys? And they would say, "Pee Pee in the Potty! So, we will see how bad they want those toys. Jack hasn't had an accident yet, but he hasn't gone in the potty yet either. John has gone through three pairs of underwear so far.

To be continued.....

OH yeah!! I think I may have you beat right now!! 4 adults, 8 kids. 1 a 14yr old always on the phone, 1 a 12 yr old boy trying really hard to make music with his coronet, 2 10 yr olds one a boy and Malory the girl, always teasing and picking on eachother, 2 8 yr old boys, a 2 1/2 year old girl and a 1 year old girl. And don't forget the stupid barking dog!!! all of which come with 1 in dance, 1 in soccer, 3 in football, and 1 in volleyball!! And going along with it 2 to 3 outfits a day per kid not including pajama's! That is a crap load of laundry and it sucks!! I could go on but I am sure you get the point. But on the positive at least my sis and law and I have eachother to get through it all. It does make it nice.

by the way if you didn't guess, that last comment was meant for your previous post. And I am just giving you a hard time. I know it is tough and I am sorry I am not there to help! Good luck on the potty training thing. I am not looking forward to it with Raegen at all. And again don't forget how well salt works!

Okay, yeah, you win. Holy Crap! You sound tired. You should make the ten year olds come up with ten nice things about each other when they are fighting. I did that with Isabel and Lucy and Lucy said, "I can only think of three." It was funny.

How old was Trenton when you potty training him? These boys just do not get it. Yes, I have lots of visions of salt lately and I am wondering how many I should buy for two kids.

I feel your pain. We're done for the time being, and my boys were both over 3 years (but under 3 1/2) when they were finally potty trained. Unfortunately, I have no good advice.

Trenton was 3 when we started potty training. but salt piles lasted probably about 6 to 8 months!! One good thing was he was always dry at night! Good luck. I HATE POTTY TRAINING!

Salt for what?

Sandi used salt to soak up all Trenton's accidents. She had salt piles all over her house. It was funny.
