The Harlem Globetrotters

Today, we went and saw The Harlem Globetrotters. It was so cool. We sat pretty close to the floor and right by the area where the team made it's entrance. I think that is Lucy's hand. She kept trying to get them to give her a high five, but no luck.

Here you can get an idea of how close we were.

The boys were a little nervous at first. But, then they started getting into it. I think they were more nervous that those chairs were going to swallow them up.

After the big game, we headed out to The Old Spaghetti Factory in Denver and had some pasta. Lucky for us, they had the balloon guy there, so we all got to pick a fun balloon. Gary was a viking . I always thought so. I think he is a Denver Bronco Viking with that blue and orange.

Of course, I am a princess. Lucy, got a dog but loved wearing Gary's hat.

Jack got a dog and John got a dog. Jack's dog's ears popped in the car ride home and all hell broke loose. Luckily, I could fix that round of freaking out with some ice cream.

Isabel got a flower. Isabel was a little sad at us because she wanted to go down to the basketball floor and get the players autographs. We just didn't want to fight the crowd. It didn't help that we saw her cute little friend from school at The Old Spaghetti Factory who just so happened to have all the players sign her shirt. Oh well. We had a fun time, anyway.

How fun!! Poor Isabel, tell her that I will autograph her shirt after the 1/2 marathon! ha ha. Seriously Kellie we should try and sneak onto the High School Musical 3 set. What do you say? I love the balloons and ice cream is alawys the fix! Sorry.... but I laugh everytime you talk about a freak out. Those boys are giving you a run for the money!
