We have year round school here in Parker, Colorado. So, the kids went back to school on July 9
th. Lucy went to 1st grade and Isabel started 4
th grade. Erin and Claire got to go with us, so that was cool.
Here is Lucy at her new 1st grade desk. Every morning she says she doesn't want to go to school, but she loves it. I do think it is wearing her out because this morning I had to drag her out of bed. Poor kid.
Then after I dropped Isabel off at her class, I realized that I forgot to take her picture. So, I went back. This is the "okay mom, this is a little embarrassing" look.
Here we have the "oh man, you are gonna get it when I get home, stop taking pictures" look. Really if you can't embarrass your kids every now and again what fun is there in being a mom. I always tell them that they get to
embarrass their own kids someday. So goes the circle of life. Good times!
Now it is just the boys and myself at home all day. It is kinda wierd. Right now they are sleeping and I am all alone. Woe! So, it doesn't last forever after all.

Hi Lucy, Mckenzie still says, "no bubbles, no bubbles" Just like Lucy.
