Our Crazy Weather

So, I do have to mention all of our snow. This has been a crazy year for snow. In all of my almost eight years here in Colorado, I have never seen anything like this. On Dec. 21, four days before Christmas we had a blizzard. It was fun, but a little stressful because it was FOUR days before Christmas. But, luckily I was pretty much done. Eddy loved the snow. The kids had fun playing in the snow and I made soup and home-made bread. OK, so then the next week we had another snow day. It wasn't so bad because the roads were pretty plowed and we just had Christmas, so it was a nice day to play with the toys. Well, then the next Friday we had another snow. Ok...getting a little tired of the snow. Then the weather had been in the single digits and it is so cold. I feel like I am back in Idaho all over again, which maybe why I was only there for one winter semester. Anywho, we are now in our fourth week in a row of snow. We got about two to three more inches. You can tell that people are getting sick of the snow because tons of people came to church today.
So, I only took pictures of the first blizzard because that was a lot of snow.....see what I mean? OH yes, and thank you to everyone that has been worried and checking in on us to see if we are surviving the snow. That was very nice.
